MDC Application will be updated no later than December 1st each year

 ****Production form*** Two versions below Excel & PDF. If you have Excel on your computer you can type on the excel spreedsheet after you have hit your enable or edit button at the top of your screen. PDF can not be typed on unless you can convert it with adobe.

FEE CHANGE$45 to $50. New Fee includes

1 Ticket to Event (March 10th 6:30pm-10pm GA Piedmont Tech College, Dinner & 2 drink tickets)

Right to use Million Dollar Club name

ALL MDC APPLICANTS WILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR AWARDS CEREMONY. IF REGISTERING YOURSELF AND A GUEST(S) CHOOSE  REGISTER GROUP. YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR YOUR GUEST(S) AT $30 PER PERSON.

  • Team/Group Affdavit updated

 2016 Changes

  • Broker Affidavit only has to be filled out if applicant has moved brokerages in qualifying year and signed by those qualifying Brokers. 
  • Brokers signature is now required on the MDC Application.
  • Participation Fee of $45 will only apply to applicant wanting to attend Awards Ceremony and is non-refunable.  Each applicant not wanting to attend the awards ceremony will not pay a fee and will be required to pick up their certificate.
  • Requirement of Credits for Team/Group that applicants name does not appear on Listing or Sales Agreement must now have a Team/Group Affidavit filled out by qualifying Broker. 
  • All Affidavits must be notarized.
  • New Affiliate of the Year Application

 

 

2015 Changes 

  • Name change: Current name The Pinnacle Award, returning to the Million Dollar Club (MDC)
  • $1M in sales to qualify
  • Several Special Awards were removed – Top Producer, Humanitarian, Outstanding Citizen
  • A Sub-Committee under the Awards Commitee has been formed for the selection of the REALTOR(R) of the Year, Rising Star, Affiliate of the Year & Rookie Affiliate of the Year (more information in Special Awards Guidelines)
